I placed an order and received a stick repair kit two weeks ago. I have ordered and used these specific kits several times. Kit was received but insert is too small. I have written and called multiple times with no response. My previous experience has been positive, not sure why I can’t reach anyone. Disappointing.
Solid stick repair
This is the second stick that I have repaired with the Bison kit and it works really well. This time my son's (U16 Midget) 2 month old Bauer 3N broke about 12" down from the handle. It's out of warranty but still basically brand new so I put the repair kit in and it's as solid as new. Very satisfied with this solution!
As Good As New
I absolutely can not tell that the stick I put together was in 2 pieces a week ago. I think I'm picky about the feel of my sticks and I can't feel a difference. Great product, I will use again when another twig snaps.
worth the money
ordered the Bison stick repair kit as my 15yr old breaks sticks like I pay pay for them.
His $250 stick broke at the midshaft after a slapshot.
Found Bison's repair kit and said "I can fix this stick"
Watched Bison's video tutorials first then ordered the proper sized kit.
I followed the directions included in the kit. as indicated in the instructions a little LITE sanding was required for the repair sleeve to fit properly.
The included 2 part epoxy, mixing sticks and mixing pads made it easy and clean to epoxy the repair sleeve into place.
Waited the recommended time for the epoxy to cure and the Boy has been using it since.

Turned discarded CCM Ribcore into beer league stick.
I'm the guy who digs the broken sticks out of the trash at the rink. I found a broken CCM Ribcore that had a slight break a foot above the heel. I bought it home to use as a training aide. Fast forward a few months and I stumble upon the Bison Hockey repair kit. I figured for less than $30 it was worth a try. I used some calipers to measure my stick and purchased the proper sized kit. It showed up quickly and the directions were easy enough to follow. After just a bit of sanding and waiting for the epoxy to dry it passed the garage floor flex test. My next skate was later in the week and I bought it to drop-in hockey. The stick felt great and performed without issues. I had my d-partner, who''s shot is much harder, give it a try, and he liked the feel. In short, no cracks, no noise, no issues whatsoever. The stick feels great and the kit was definitely worth the price.

Was skeptical bout fixing my sons stick. It snapped right in the mid flex zone. But for $25 it was worth the gamble. Easy product to use. He's been using it for the past 2 weeks at practice and so far so good. He said he can't tell the difference.

This is 6th repair kit to repair the shaft of my son's goalie sticks not the Blade or Paddle.
Players shoot hard enough to break the shafts. So we have been able to extend the use of $300.00 goalie sticks
